Virgin America - Lousy seat
Seat 17c on flight vx 358,ago-Boston was awful The seat in front was broken and would not move forward. The tray was wonky. The TV screen was in phyco mode and the power outlet would not hold our power plug. Ok that was the good part. The seat itself is completely inorganic and built to complain about. The head rest is a torture device making any comfortable position impossible.

6:00 am Sep 3, 2016 SFO Terminal 2. Mellisa, at the customer check in managing the line was horribly rude, telling people "to get out of the line" if the they were not traveling. When I said you cannot say that language, she says "I can say whatever I want". That is very rude.
