6:00 am Sep 3, 2016 SFO Terminal 2. Mellisa, at the customer check in managing the line was horribly rude, telling people "to get out of the line" if the they were not traveling. When I said you cannot say that language, she says "I can say whatever I want". That is very rude.

It the worst service in LAX. Is ridiculous, they started to called people that the flight was later than our and we missed our flight to las vegas. Nerver Again. Suck the virgin you lost my family as a customer. Never again!!
