Recently flew to Leon, Mexico from San Francisco on United - no charge for bags plus a small snack. Returned from Puerto Vallerta on Virgin - charged for bag plus no snack other than for purchase.

Too much nickel and diming for me! With all of the bad publicity airlines are receiving, I think doing something nice for customers is a god idea I have nothing else to say to get to 100 words - why the minimum? Right now on hold - supposedly for customer service - it has been 15 minutes so far. This is making me angrier!
