On Oct. 19th I travelled to San Francisco, California on Flight 1025 and was two hours delayed.
No food except for a charge which I find crazy since every other airline has snacks. On Oct, 24th I returned to New York on Flight 1024 and was a delayed 3 hours. This was a 10:24pm flight with no food again. No snacks.
I returned and called and spoke with Mark on Oct. 27th. relayed the situation and he advised me that I would be getting an email stating that I would be getting a refund of $175 per passenger. Today is November 1st and I still have not gottten the email.
