What was represented as Business class ended up being misrepresented on flight 360

Could not use front bathroomFood very poor and not common and not served

Food cold not hot as options

Look for every opportunity to charge extra for luggage and did so

Aisle to the back bathroom so narrow that one kept banging into bodies to get there

My over haul trip with Virgin American from LA to Chicago was great. I had plenty of legs space and the seat were comfortable.

My complaint was the curve side service , I am in a motorize wheel chair nontransferable,(and I travel alone) I had luggage, a large rank and a transfer board. The agent I spoke to was very rude and most inconsiderate. When I asked for help she started hollowing, told me to get in line. It was impossible to get inline, and carry my belonging.

I was informed all she had to do was request someone to assist me. Wrote a letter of complaint 4 months ago still waiting for a reply.
