Virgin America just stole $300 from me

I made a reservation and cancelled by mistake when I wanted to change

Reservation . I called immediately and was denied

So they took my money for a flight I didn't take and now I have to pay yet another 300$ .

Who gets this money?

I worked so hard for that $300 and now it's gone just like that.

This airline should be shut down
